A row of teammate avatars now sits in the storyboard header, next to the version and status indicator.

See who's active, at a glance
Full-colour avatars mean someone is online in Boords right now. A green dot means they have this exact storyboard open. Hover over an avatar for their name and status.

Scales with bigger teams
If more than 5 people have access, the row collapses extra avatars into a "+N" counter. People actively viewing are sorted to the front, so you'll always see who's active first.

Only shows people with access
The row only includes teammates who have access to a storyboard. Admins and full access members always appear. Restricted members show up once they've been given access to the project.

One click to manage access
Admins can click the avatar row to invite people or edit who has access to the project.
You'll see it in the header of any storyboard shared with more than one person.
