Scripts are now part of Boords. Write the script, get it reviewed and approved, and turn it into a storyboard, all inside the same project.
Write free-form or in two-column AV format, with live word counts and runtime. Paste from Google Docs or Word and the formatting comes with it.
Review and sign-off
Every script has a review link, allowing clients to comment without a Boords account.
Comments stay attached to the line they refer to - move a paragraph and the comment moves with it, so feedback stays in context even as the script changes. When the client is happy, set the status to Approved and it's recorded in the Activity panel with who did it and when.
Script to storyboard
When the script is ready, click Storyboard in the header. Boords reads the script and builds a storyboard in the same project - one frame per scene with fields already filled in. From there, work as you would in any storyboard.
Scripts are available now on every plan. Free teams can keep three active scripts at a time, while paid plans have unlimited.
