Add the ability to create custom characters to use with @mention

Integration with Make.com would allow to build and automate workflows. Some of the tasks that could be automated : notify team members via Slack or email, create a task in a project management tool like Trello or Asana, translate narrations, generate narration via AI, compose image descriptions and even update storyboard images. This would essentially connect Boords to 2,000+ apps!

I would like to upload my own images and use them as reference photos within the application. Currently, only AI-generated images can be used as reference images, which limits my ability to work with my own content. It would be beneficial to have the option to use uploaded images as reference photos in future updates.

Adding strikethrough and highlighting to the text formatting would greatly increase our productivity and precision when referring to edits while writing comments.

I would love some symbols and colours to be able to use as code for myself. code them if I need a still of that image... or maybe a shot that might be in multiple boards or tac's or need specific camera frame rate or something!

Add a numeric field for each frame that represents the time we expect this frame to take in the finished video. This would give reviewers a better feel for each frame. Use this time as the default duration for the animatic version.

Although it is possible to copy a single frame to an existing storyboard, this is time consuming when have to merge short storyboards together. Copying multiple frames to an existing storyboard with an option to add to the end or the start would be great. Ability to merge entire storyboards would be even better.

Hi. I love the consistency of having a character to use to keep continuity. Sometimes I’d like to use 2 or 3 consistent characters, but only seem to be able to use one. Can you add the ability to have multiple set characters in a scene? could separate the description blocks so each would get an input of what that one is doing eg: Joe: Sitting on couch, Alex: standing looking out window, etc. Thanks!

Currently, comments do not appear in exported PDFs, which limits the feedback process when sharing storyboards. It would be advantageous to have an option to include comments in PDF exports, providing a comprehensive view of feedback alongside the storyboard content.

Replacing multiple images in a storyboard without losing associated comments and voiceover texts would be highly convenient. In scenarios with many feedback rounds and revised images, this feature would save time and effort by allowing bulk image replacement while preserving existing annotations and texts.
